Pricing questions
Is the starting price what I'll pay?
It's the minimum for that service with a typical scope. Your proposal gives a fixed price for your exact requirements, and that price doesn't change unless you ask for extra work in writing.
What if I need something outside the agreed scope?
We send you a written change request showing the cost and the effect on the timeline. Nothing extra is billed unless you approve it.
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, all rights to the code, designs and content we create for you transfer to you.
Do prices include hosting and domains?
No. Hosting, domain registration, app store developer accounts and paid third-party services are billed to you directly by those providers, so the accounts stay in your name. We help you set them up.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Tell us during the review of each milestone and we'll revise the work to match the agreed scope. If we can't deliver what was agreed, you're entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
